By accessing the website at belvidereconcrete.com, requesting a quote, or entering into a service agreement with Full Throttle Belvidere Concrete ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, estimate requesters, and customers.
Full Throttle Belvidere Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in Belvidere, IL and surrounding communities. Services include but are not limited to concrete driveway building, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalk installation, garage floors, retaining walls, foundations, slab work, pool decks, steps, and concrete cutting. Specific scope, materials, and pricing are defined in a written estimate or contract provided to the customer before work begins.
All estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the site visit and the scope of work described. Final pricing may change if:
We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with work that falls outside the original written estimate.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability, weather conditions, and permit approval. Concrete work is weather- dependent and may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that would compromise the quality of the pour. We will notify you of any schedule changes as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs incurred. Any deposit paid may be forfeited on short-notice cancellations at our discretion.
Payment terms are specified in your written estimate or contract. Standard terms are as follows unless a different arrangement is agreed to in writing:
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through available legal remedies, including placing a mechanics lien on the property where allowed by Illinois law.
Where required by local ordinance, we will obtain the necessary building permits before work begins. Permit fees are typically included in your written estimate. The customer is responsible for ensuring that property lines, easements, and homeowner association restrictions do not prohibit the planned work. We are not liable for delays or costs resulting from permit denials, HOA restrictions, or undisclosed property encumbrances.
We stand behind our workmanship. Any specific warranty terms will be stated in your written estimate or contract. In the absence of a written warranty, the following apply:
All services are provided on an "as is" basis except as expressly warranted in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law,Full Throttle Belvidere Concrete's liability to you for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits, loss of use, or property damage beyond the direct scope of our work - even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We prefer to resolve any disputes directly and informally. If you have a concern about your project, please contact us first at hi@belvidereconcrete.com or (815) 604-0098 and we will make a good-faith effort to address it. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Boone County, Illinois, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, before initiating any court proceedings. Nothing in this section limits our right to seek injunctive relief or to collect unpaid amounts through legal means.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not resolved through arbitration shall be brought in the courts of Boone County, Illinois.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
